Sarah Prosser, founder of Tøyen Unlimited, Department of Urban Planning, Oslo Municipality

Sarah currently works in Norway for the Department of Urban Planning, Oslo Municipality, working with policies for neighborhood development and housing. She founded the community incubator Tøyen Unlimited and is a key voice in the wider national development of the fields of social innovation, co-creation and participation. She previously founded Human Rights Human Wrongs film festival, worked as Director British Council Norway, and has an academic background in Geology.
