Cultural diversity in Germany‘s cities took on a new dimension over 2015/2016 as many refugees arrived. Many got involved in integration, as new cooperations emerged between refugees, civil society, politics and administration — specifically in the field of city development. The Refugio Berlin is a symbol of this process: how can we make arrival and integration work in a cooperative city?
