The project Integrative Habitats describes affordable living in hybrid wooden constructions via a low-threshold owner-occupier format linked to cooperative self-government. Integrative Habitats questions how people live and work, and in which social, cultural and functional combinations they live today and in the future. United Sustainability, together with its partners and supporters, formulates proposals on how living and working in a wide variety of living spaces can be structurally and functionally designed and implemented. The aim is to promote the integration and strengthening of cultural, social and ecological demands and the structure of ownership behind these. Attractive, functional and adaptable, these beacons of the “good life” should be allowed to flourish.
