This journey through the 20th century aims to present the architectural and urban evolution of the Romanian capital. The manner in which we want to live today and our longing for an ideal home is owed in great deal to the 20th century, to the achievements and failed experiments that have occurred in the past 100 years.
Cities are in constant flux. Bucharest is a city living a dual life. Though the city suffered a lot of damage, it has always been able to regain its tranquility and joy of life.
Bucharest is a city developing at concurrently different speeds. Ever since it was founded, it has been a city replete with different cultural spaces.
