At this innovative place of learning, financed by urban development funding, the principle of ‘Lernwerkstattarbeit’ should give young people the opportunity to deal individually with scientific and technical topics. It should make you curious, and encourage discovery. For this purpose, the architect Karl Roth designed a house that meets the requirements of a modern, stimulating learning environment — which could be ground-breaking for other ‘Lernwerkstattarbeit’ in Germany and internationally. The house itself is the subject of research. For the first ‘turn of the shovel’ on 21.06.2018 at 2-4pm, we present the concept and the construction project. In the adjoining building of the Kinderforscher*zentrum, there is the opportunity to experience the stimulating learning environment of the ‘Lernwerkstattarbeit’
Please note: Location is Kastanienallee in Hellersdorf, not Prenzlauer Berg!
