Program

During the past couple of years, architect Arno Brandlhuber has registered 58 “option lots” found within the vicinity of his studio located at Brunnenstr. 9 in Berlin’s Mitte district. These lots are in fact the narrow, commonly wedge-shaped pieces of unused land that lie in-between existing buildings and which are devoid of any real estate value. Together they form a volume of 7.653 m3 on a piece of ground measuring 404 m2. During the tour, Prof. Brandlhuber himself will explain the reasons for their existence as well as their future potential – somewhere amongst them might just be the perfect lot waiting for your unrealized project, too!
