It\u2019s main architectural component, \u201cthe village\u201d, is a commercial cluster that includes a club and restaurant situated on the banks of the Spree.<br \/>\nIn close collaboration with the cooperative and user groups, an architectural team has devised the development strategy: a simple, intuitive regulatory framework that enables long-term participatory planning and use of the village, accommodating DIY construction, spontaneous developments and changes of use.
