One of the solutions of creating affordable living spaces is to make them smaller. However, the demand of living space per capita is continuously rising. Urban Living projects as well as Best Practice SELF MADE CITY projects show a wide array of solutions of intelligent, flexible arrangements such as small flats connected with communal spaces or negotiable neighbourhoods. How plausible are such solutions from the point of view of housing administrations?<\/p>\n
