Today, three buildings &#8211; the women\u2019s pavilion, the kitchen and the laundry block- comprising a total of 6200 square meters are being revamped into innovative new living and working space. Resisting the trend for such developments to turn into a gated communities, the pavilions, situated amidst verdant forests, serve as a rural retreat for creative minds \u2013 but maintain an urban focus thanks to a direct train connection to the city centre.<br \/>\nReal estate developer Frank Duske and architect Marc Schmidt will lead festivalgoers through the one abandoned sanatorium and provide a glimpse inside the future atelier-homes, currently under construction.
