Maša Galič, Researcher, PhD Fellow Tillburg University

Maša Galič is a PhD researcher at the Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology and Society (TILT), the Netherlands. She has graduate degree in law from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, and a master’s degree in law and technology from Tilburg University. Her research primarily focuses on the right to privacy in in the context of data-driven surveillance of physical public space. This research is connected to the ongoing Stratumseind Living Lab project on the prominent Stratumseind nightlife street in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. In 2016, Maša was awarded the VIE-prize by the Dutch Association for Intellectual Property for the best publication by a young scholar enhancing the understanding of intellectual property rights in the Netherlands.
