Introduction: Christine Edmaier, President of the Chamber of Architects, Berlin

Christine Edmaier studied architecture and urbanism at the University of Arts Berlin, since 2015 she runs her own studio for architecture and urbanism, as partner in S.E.K. Architektinnen. In 2009 she became vice president, and since 2014 president of the Berlin Chamber of Architects. She is engaged in city planning culture and urban politics in Berlin. She continues to strive for a more active role of architects, urbanists and landscape architects in view of an increasingly overwhelmed Berlin administration.
